This Privacy Policy explains how Devolve Corp (d/b/a hábit) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, place an order, or otherwise interact with us.
01Information We Collect
Account and contact details (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address), researcher qualification representations made at checkout, order history, payment method information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), and correspondence with customer support.

To process and fulfill orders; verify researcher qualification; communicate about orders, shipping, and support; operate and improve our website; detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations.
03Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, opt out of marketing, and opt out of the “sale” of personal information (which hábit does not do). Email sales@myhabitlabs.com to exercise these rights.
04hábit plus and Colleague Links
If you take part in hábit plus, we keep a ledger of the points you earn and redeem, tied to your account and email, and the status level you hold. If you use a colleague’s code or open a colleague’s link, we record the link between your email address and that member so their discount applies to your orders and they receive points when those orders ship; the member sees how many colleagues have ordered, never who. Opening a colleague link stores a cookie named habit_ref holding the code for 30 days so the checkout can fill it in; it contains nothing else and is not used for advertising. Points records are kept for as long as the account exists and for the period required for financial and tax record-keeping.
05Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used: pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location, how you arrived, and shopping steps such as viewing a product, adding it to the cart, starting checkout and completing an order (the order number, items and value). Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart. We do not send your name, email address, shipping address or payment details to Google Analytics, and we do not use it for advertising. To opt out, use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
