These five documents govern every purchase from hábit research, inc. — researcher qualification, terms of sale, how we ship and handle claims, and how we protect your information. Read in full before placing an order.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. Limited claims for cold-chain failure, transit damage, spec non-conformance, or wrong product shipped — within 48 hours of delivery.

Because hábit ships temperature-sensitive research compounds whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our custody, our return policy is necessarily limited.

01All Sales Are Final

All sales of research products are final. hábit does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been opened, used, mishandled, stored improperly, or for any change of mind.

02Eligible Claims

Notwithstanding Section 01, hábit will offer a replacement or refund, at our sole discretion, in the following limited circumstances:

  • Cold-chain failure. Phase-change cold packs were fully thawed at delivery. Photo documentation required within 48 hours.
  • Visible product damage. Vials arrived broken, cracked, or compromised in transit.
  • Specification non-conformance. Independent third-party analysis demonstrates the product does not conform to the COA.
  • Wrong product shipped. The product received does not match the product ordered.

03Claim Procedure

Contact support@habitresearch.com within the applicable window with: (a) your order number; (b) the lot number printed on the vial; (c) photographs of the package, cold packs, and product as received; and (d) any supporting documentation.
