Shipping Policy

How we process, package, and ship orders. Cold-chain handling, transit windows, claim windows, and what to do if a parcel arrives compromised.

This Shipping Policy describes how hábit research, inc. processes, packages, and ships orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Sale.

01Service Area

hábit currently ships only to addresses within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, or international destinations.

02Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time may not begin processing until the following business day.

03Cold-Chain Shipping

All temperature-sensitive products ship in insulated containers with phase-change cold packs. We ship temperature-sensitive orders Monday through Wednesday only, to avoid weekend warehouse holds.

Inspect on arrival

If your package arrives with a compromised cold pack, visible damage, or significant transit delay, photograph the contents immediately and contact support@habitresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery.

04Shipping Methods and Transit Times

Standard shipping is via UPS Next Day Air or equivalent expedited service. Tracking information is provided by email at the time of dispatch.
