Kisspeptin-10 is the biologically active C-terminal decapeptide of kisspeptin, the product of the KISS1 gene. It is a high-affinity agonist of KISS1R (formerly GPR54) on hypothalamic GnRH neurons. Activation stimulates pulsatile GnRH release, positioning kisspeptin as a principal upstream regulator of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis. In published research it is characterized for effects on downstream LH and FSH secretion and as a tool for probing HPG-axis signaling.

“COA matched what we ran in-house. Powder reconstituted clean, no haze. Did exactly what we needed it to.”
“Switched after two bad lots from a previous source. Three orders in, zero issues.”
“Asked support a purity question and got the raw HPLC trace back within the hour. That transparency is why we reorder.”
