How it works

The lead peptide modulates tyrosinase activity, the rate-limiting enzyme in melanin biosynthesis. Ancillary components extend the formulation into adjacent pigmentation pathways and antioxidant signaling in melanocyte cultures. Published work on the components has documented effects on tyrosinase expression, ROS handling in cultured melanocytes, and dermal pigmentation modeling.

Each 80mg vial contains a kojic-acid-coupled peptide complex with ancillary tyrosinase-modulating components, studied collectively for effects on melanogenesis pathways. Full composition on every COA.

FAQs+
How does Klow differ from Glow in research applications?+

Different lead peptides, different downstream targets. Glow: collagen and ECM via GHK-Cu. Klow: pigmentation via tyrosinase modulation.

Will the full composition appear on the COA?+

Yes. Every component named, weighed, verified.

Why the higher mg loading than Glow?+

The lead peptide in Klow has a lower per-mg activity profile than GHK-Cu, so the working concentration is higher.

Is Klow stable in solution longer than Glow?+

Slightly. Without the copper component, Klow tolerates a marginally longer post-reconstitution window — but the operating spec is 21 days at 2–8°C.

What's the typical reconstitution volume?+

Common preparation: 2 mL bacteriostatic water per 80mg vial.

Is Klow subscription-eligible?+

Yes. 15% off on a 60-day cycle.

Verified buyer notes

Initials only — every quote is verified against an order record. We don’t ghost-write reviews.

COA matched what we ran in-house. Powder reconstituted clean, no haze. Did exactly what we needed it to.
