How it works

NAD+ is a coenzyme present in every living cell, central to redox reactions in glycolysis, the TCA cycle, and oxidative phosphorylation. It is also a substrate for sirtuins, PARPs, and CD38 — enzymes implicated in DNA repair, gene expression regulation, and aging biology. Why is NAD+ less stable in solution than peptides?+

The pyridine ring is susceptible to hydrolysis at physiological pH. Cold storage and short post-reconstitution windows are standard.

What's the difference between NAD+ and NMN or NR?+

NMN and NR are precursors that cells convert to NAD+ via the salvage pathway. NAD+ itself is the active cofactor. Each has different bioavailability profiles.

Why a 1000mg vial?+
