CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a GHRH analog that engages the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs, raising the amplitude of growth-hormone pulses. Ipamorelin is a selective agonist of the ghrelin/GHS receptor that adds to pulse frequency while sparing cortisol and prolactin. Studied together, the two pathways are reported to produce a larger, more physiological GH release than either component alone.
Each 10mg vial pairs CJC-1295 (no DAC, also called Mod GRF 1-29) with ipamorelin. The two act on distinct receptors — the GHRH receptor and the ghrelin/GHS receptor — and are most often studied together for additive, pulsatile growth-hormone release. The full per-component breakdown is disclosed on every COA.

“COA matched what we ran in-house. Powder reconstituted clean, no haze. Did exactly what we needed it to.”
“Switched after two bad lots from a previous source. Three orders in, zero issues.”
“Shipment got delayed two days by weather and still arrived at 4°C. Packaging is no joke.”
